Does life feel like it's getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a place to take some time out?
- to explore your thoughts and feelings
- to get back on the front foot again

Mental and emotional health is defined not by the absence of problems, but by how we cope with them. Asking for help from a stranger can be a daunting step. Counselling can provide a safe and supportive environment in which many scary feelings can be explored and worked through.

I aim to be non-judgemental and believe that every individual is unique in the way they see their world and in their responses to life events. My therapy is tailored around you and your needs. (make an appointment today on 07895 630 527 or email via the contact me page)
